The Karana community's vision is to establish itself as a trusted supplier of green coffee beans for both domestic and international markets. By integrating cultural traditions, sustainable practices, and community-driven innovation, the Karana group lot offers a vibrant representation of the Kintamani region's coffee heritage.

This coffee is processed naturally, which is the oldest and most affordable method for processing coffee. Whole cherries are dried in the sun after sorting and then hulled. This gives the coffee it's bright, fruit forward notes.

We don't get many opportunities to try coffees from Bali, so when this coffee became available we were really excited to give it a try! This coffee is very dessert-like. We are tasting super fruity forward and chocolatey notes, it's a real treat! We are also offering the Washed Process of this coffee, so if you get the chance to try them side by side you can see how much the processing method plays a role in the final cup of coffee.
