We roast for online shipping orders Monday-Thursday (except for major holidays). Orders placed prior to 6:00 am central time on a roasting day typically get roasted that day and shipped out by the following business day. Orders received after 6:00 am will be roasted the next roasting day and shipped the following business day.
We roast for online pickup orders Monday-Thursday (except for major holidays). Orders placed on a roasting day typically get roasted that day and will be ready for pickup after 3pm the following business day. Orders placed Fri-Sun will be available the following Tuesday after 3pm. Weekend specific pickup is unavailable at this time. All local pickups only available at our Northeast cafe, located at 1209 Tyler Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413.
Please note: Holidays (and Cyber Monday) may delay our turn around times by one or two days.

If your order is returned to us in the mail, we will happily contact you to help coordinate a way to get your precious coffee to a working address. However, as we roast to order and ship to the address listed in the order, we cannot offer refunds or re-roasts for shipments returned to us because of issues with the shipping address provided.
