We roast for online orders Monday-Thursday (except for major holidays). Orders placed prior to 9:00 am central time on a roasting day typically get roasted that day and shipped out by the following business day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be roasted the next roasting day and shipped the day after that. All web-store sales are final and we do not accept returns. Holidays (and Cyber Monday) may delay our turn around times by one or two days.
