We roast for online shipping orders Monday-Thursday (except for major holidays). Orders placed prior to 6:00 am central time on a roasting day typically get roasted that day and shipped out by the following business day. Orders received after 6:00 am will be roasted the next roasting day and shipped the following business day. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the continental US.
