    This coffee comes from the Cafetal de Las Nubes farm in the Pichincha region of Ecuador. We are impressed by its sweetness and citrus notes and think you will be too! This is a washed coffee that has been fermented for 30-40 hours and then dried for 15-20 on raised beds under canopies.

    Special Special denotes a small lot of extra special coffees either by rarity, variety, or processing.
