We're tasting Green Apple and Citrus flavors.Jaime Ponce is a relatively new coffee producer in the Pichincha region of northern Ecuador and is already making a name for himself. This microlot of the Typica variety was grown on his farm Los Tucanes at 1450 masl, fermented for 40 hours and then dried on raised beds for 15 days. The flavor is like if you threw both an apple and orange Jolly Rancher in your mouth at once.
