- MORE INFO
We're tasting Raspberry and Brown Sugar flavors.Colombia, Chamí is an explosion of red fruit flavor in your mouth!! One of the brightest and cleanest Natural Processed coffees we've featured, the Chamí is not one to disappoint. After a select group of beans are collected, density floating begins. Hand sorting follows to remove any undesired beans. Then, the fermentation process happens for 72 hours on barrels so it can be ready to be placed for sun drying. The natural, sun drying process takes a couple of weeks, and is followed by collection for export. This processing yields the beans much of the natural coffee cherries fruit flavor. The intense red berry notes we experience from this coffee are a direct result from the carefully watched natural processing that takes place in Colombia, at the El Tío Conejo's farm and facility. Chamí yields strong notes of Raspberry, Brown Sugar, Cranberry, and Citrus.
